Entering and exiting the room
A PIN is required to enter a room. The entry and exit procedure is described separately.
After the door is opened, the key will be automatically locked in about 15 seconds.
To lock the door when you go out, press the [LOOKESTAE] button after closing the door. The key will lock automatically.
Internet Environment
①The hotel's Wi-Fi connection is independent for each room. ID and PASS will be provided in the file on the room table.
② If you wish to view YouTube, etc. via the TV monitor, you will need to register with Google Home. Please download and register Google Home on your tablet first. After registration, please access your room wifi with 2.4G. Press the [Input Switching] button on the TV remote control and set it to HDMI❶
③ You can also access YouTube and other online video services. Some services require an account. For details, please refer to the website of each service.
④ Some rooms are equipped with a large screen internet monitor that allows you to directly enjoy YouTube and other services. If you have an account, you can also enjoy Amazon prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc.
⑤ DVD and Blu-ray players are already installed in all rooms. Please press the [Input Switching] button on the TV remote control and set it to HDMI❷
⑥ All terrestrial digital TV channels in the Osaka area and some BS channels are available. The TV will show all terrestrial digital channels in the Osaka area and some BS channels, but CS is not available.
Kitchen
① Refrigerator is a refrigerator on the top and a freezer on the bottom. Please turn on the power and use it.
② The microwave oven has a simple heating function only. It does not have an oven function.Also, it is recommended to add a little more time than the indicated wattage to reach the proper temperature.
③ A small electric toaster oven can bake pizza, gratin, doria, rice cakes, bread, etc.
④ When using a kettle, fill the kettle with water, set it on the stove, and turn down the switch at the bottom of the handle.
⑤ The stove gets hot quickly. Please be careful not to burn yourself. Please be even more careful when moving the stove to the dining table for cooking pots and pans, etc.
⑥ A powerful kitchen duct is installed. Please use it for cooking and other purposes.
⑦ Hot water heater is turned off. Please turn it on before starting to use.The hot water temperature is set at 42°C.(105.8℉）
Electrical Appliances
① Air conditioner is set at 25°C.(77.0℉) Depending on the season, the air conditioner may be switched on before use to bring the room to the proper temperature. The air conditioner can be used in auto mode.
② The humidifier is turned on and off by the top button of the remote control switch. When the water light comes on, please refill the water with water from the pot. Only in the room where the humidifier is installed.
⓷ When the pollen remover is set to automatic, it will remove pollen at maximum horsepower and volume for about 5 minutes. If you are concerned about the noise, please use the machine on "Low" mode. Only in the room where the machine is installed.
④The hot carpet is a very, very comfortable rug. Please be sure to turn it off after use or when you go out. (Depending on the model, it will automatically turn off after 6 hours. ⑤ The entrance ceiling light turns on automatically when it detects a person. The light will automatically turn off in about 1 minute.

Bathrooms ＆ Towels
① One set of towels per person for one night and two days, two sets per person for two nights and three days or more, and three sets per person for seven nights or more. For stays of 7 nights or more, 3 sets of towels per person are provided. Additional sets will be charged. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available. Please use it.
②Please be sure to turn on the water heater when using the hot water or shower in the bath. The showers (callan) are restricted to hot water of no more than 42°C(105.8℉) to prevent burns. If you wish to use high temperature water, please adjust the water temperature while pressing the black stopper on the water shutoff valve. Automatic hot water supply for the bath will fill the bathtub with approximately 42°C(105.8℉) water in about 15 minutes. To operate, simply press the [Auto] button after turning on the water heater switch.
③ When the temperature of the bath water cools down, please adjust the additional heating. All you have to do is to press the [Firing] button. When the water reaches the proper temperature, press the "Firing" button again. The additional heating will be completed.
④ The wash basin can be extended and retracted so that hair can be washed.
⑤The toilet is equipped with a deodorizing heated toilet seat with bidet. The deodorizing device is automatically turned on and off.
Security
① Windows are locked to prevent accidents. The balcony is also locked. Of course, in case of an emergency, the rooms can be evacuated. For long-term residents (generally 4.5 days or longer), we have locks on the windows for ventilation. Please ask us if necessary.
②Security cameras are installed in the common corridor, elevator, entrance, and gallery.
③ If the fire alarm is activated in your room, the fire department will be notified immediately. immediately in the event of a malfunction.
Gallery
①Please use the gallery from 2 hours before check-in to 2 hours after check-out.
② Smoking is not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Compliant with revised laws and regulations.

【Other Information】
Garbage
①Please cooperate with separate collection of dust (garbage). Please separate the garbage from the room and put it together inside the room. Dust boxes are available. The cleaning staff will dispose of them after your use. If your garbage does not fit in the dust box, please keep it together. If you are concerned about people seeing the contents of the dustbin, please dispose of them in the dustbin located on the right side of the building (next to the bank gate). Please be careful not to mistake it for the bank's trash can.
②We will also dispose of cardboard boxes, etc. Please sort, fold, and tidy them. Some garbage cannot be disposed of. Please refer to the House Rules for details.
Rental Equipment
The following equipment is available for rent. Basically, there is a charge. In some cases, the equipment may be rented free of charge due to campaigns, etc., or may be already installed in your room. Please inquire for details. The rental period is from check-in to check-out.
