The 6-digit check-in code will be sent to you by e-mail at 8:00 p.m. on the day before your stay. Reservations made after 8:00 p.m. on the day before your stay will be sent to you by a separate email at the same time as this email. Room number and key number will be issued on the day of your use at the tablet terminal located at the check-in counter. For same-day applications for immediate use, the check-in code is automatically sent within 30 minutes of your reservation. It may take some time for the email to arrive. Please wait a while.

②All users are required to enter their name, gender, address, date of birth, occupation, and a photo of themselves.
③Please also enter your phone number and email address for the representative. The email address can be changed. We currently use the email address provided on your hotel search site. If you wish to change your email address, please change your settings when you enter your email address. Gmail and icloud are recommended.

◆Entering and exiting your room◆
We will inform you about your room key. The room key is a 4-digit code that is newly set for each guest. If you enter the wrong number several times in a row, you will be restricted from entering the room. Please be careful. The following is an explanation of how to open the door when entering a room.
① Enter the 4-digit number displayed on the tablet.
②Press the [LOCKSTATE] button above the number.
3The door will be unlocked.
④If the door is open for more than 15 seconds, please close it manually.
⑤If the door is open for more than 15 seconds, please close it manually. The door will lock automatically.
