Reservations and check-in

Q1: How do I check-in?

(1) When your reservation is completed, we will send an e-mail to your designated e-mail address (e.g., the receiving address on a travel website).

(2)The check-in procedure is described in the e-mail.

(3) Please enter your information and options by clicking on the URL in the email you received.

(4) We will send you a check-in code and a check-in QR code after you have completed the check-in process.

(5) Please come to the hotel and check in.

(6) After check-in is complete, we will issue a room number and a room key number.

(7)Please open the door and enter the room.

 

Q2:What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 16:00.

Check-out time is 10:00.

Check-in time is 18:00 and check-out time is 20:00.

Check-out time is 8:00 am and 12:00 pm depending on the plan.

 

Q3:Will I be able to check in late?

Check-in is available until 26:00. (There is a time limit depending on the plan.)

Guests are requested to operate the front desk tablet by themselves.

 

Q4:My companion has a different check-in time.

No. We have a self check-in system. We ask that all guests register their information and photo in advance. It is also possible for late arriving guests to register their photo in advance.

 

Q5:When is payment due?

Payment must be made at the time of reservation.

 

Q6:Which credit cards can I use for reservations?

It depends on the travel site. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the travel sites. We accept VISA, Masterard, JCB, AMEX, DinersClub, DISCOVER, and UnionPay.

 

Q7:How many months in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made from the same day 12 months prior to your stay.

 

Q8:When will the cancellation fee be charged?

It depends on the availability of the reservation at the time of booking.

Please refer to the cancellation policy on each travel website for details.

 

Q9: Does the fee change if the number of people using the room changes?

Rates may vary depending on the number of people occupying the room.

 

Q10:Can minors (under 18 years old) use the room?

If a minor wishes to use the room, we ask that he/she submit a parental consent form in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use. Please submit the consent form when you check-in. (High school students are considered to be under 18 years old until their graduation ceremony, even if they have turned 18 years old.

We will call you when you check in to confirm your age.

 

Q11:Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Please call or e-mail us at least one day in advance.

The hours are from 11:00 to 14:00.

However, we may not be able to meet your request during busy periods.

 

Q12: Is it possible to check-in earlier?

 Normal check-in time is 4:00 p.m., but early check-in is available from 11:00 a.m.

We charge 1000 yen per hour.

Check-in time can be guaranteed only after the evening of the previous day.

Early check-in after 2:00 p.m. can be arranged at the time of reservation.

Q13:Is it possible to extend the check-out time?

Please contact us at least one hour before the reserved check-out time.

We ask for 1000 yen per hour. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request.

If you request late check-in at the time of reservation, we will do our best to accommodate you.

In some cases, we may be able to guide you to change your room and use it during the daytime hours only. Please consult with us first.

 

Rooms and services

Q14:What kind of equipment are available in the rooms?

Q15:Do you have pajamas available for rent?

Yes, pajamas are available for rent for a fee. Please make a request at the time of reservation.

We have made all rooms non-smoking in compliance with the law. There are no smoking rooms available.

 

Q17: Do you have Wi-Fi?

We have installed free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel for use in guest rooms and galleries.

(ID and PASS for each in-room Wi-Fi is on file. 

 

Q18: Do you have any medicine available?

We have a first-aid kit in each room. However, in accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law (former Pharmaceutical Affairs Law), we do not provide medicines. We can provide information on hospitals and pharmacies in the vicinity of the facility. Please let us know if you wish to use them.

 

Q19: What is the difference between a saloon room and a studio double room?

Q21:Is it possible to bring in food and beverages?

Yes, you are free to bring your own food and beverages into the guest rooms. There are no restrictions on cooking ingredients or cooking methods, but we will charge an additional cleaning fee if the room is found to be unclean or has a strong or residual odor.

 

Q22: Can I reserve a room with breakfast or two meals per night?

We do not offer meals at this time. Please cook in the kitchen provided in your room.

Q35:How much does it cost to change bed sheets (comforter, mattress, and pillow) during my stay?

(For long-term guests, we will change the sheets periodically. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

 

Q36:I have soiled the sheets. What should I do?

The following purchase charges apply to tears, scorch marks, and blood stains.

(1) Hofu (hanging): 1,650 yen

(2) Sheets (mattress): 1,100 yen

(3) Pillowcase: 550 yen

(4) Cushions: actual cost

(5) Blankets and other furnishings: Actual cost

Please refer to Q34 if you wish to have your sheets replaced due to general soiling.

 

Q37: I would like to request additional amenities.

We provide a set of the following per person per stay in the room.

Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Razor, Body Wash Sponge, Foldable Portable Comb, Cotton & Cotton Swab.

Please let us know if you need additional toothbrushes, etc. Please note that we are not able to respond immediately at night or on short notice. Rates are based on market price.

There is also a 24-hour "LAWSON100" within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Access and parking

Q38:Please tell us how to get there from the nearest station.

・For light guests

It takes less than one minute from Exit #2 at Awaza Station.

The car closest to Ikoma (No. 1 car) is convenient for Exit ②.

Turn around with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on your right, and you will see a road to the left.

・Turn the corner and you will arrive at the destination.

For guests with trunks, there is an elevator.

It takes 1 minute from Exit No. 4 of Awaza Station. The front car (No. 6) is the most convenient way to get to Exit No. 4.

Walk to the left after exiting the elevator and you will see Lawson. Turn right at the corner ahead of it and you will arrive at the destination.

If you are coming from Cosmo Square, the elevator is located at Exit 3.

 

Q39: I am driving to the hotel. Where is the nearest landmark

Please come to our building with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation's Itachibori branch as your target. It is next door.

 

Q40: Is there a parking lot?

We have a paid parking lot (one space).

From 16:00 (check-in) to 10:00 (check-out) the next day: ¥1,800

From 10:00am to 4:00pm: ¥700 (consecutive night fee) Reservations will be given priority.

There are many coin-operated parking lots nearby.

Reservations cannot be made, but you can pay locally at the time of use.

 

Q41:Is it possible to use the parking lot before check-in?

Yes, depending on the availability of the parking lot on the day of your stay. However, an additional fee may be charged. Reservations are given priority. During busy periods, we may not be able to meet your request.

 

Q42: Can I use the parking lot after check-out?

Yes, depending on the availability of the parking lot on that day. We may ask for an additional fee. Reservations are given priority. During busy periods, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

 

Q43:Is there a pick-up service to the nearest station?

The nearest station (Awaza Station) is less than a minute's walk away. We can also arrange an airport shuttle cab (for a fee).

 

Children are welcome.

Q44:Do you offer children's rates?

For rooms with a maximum capacity of 2 persons, children up to 3 years old are free of charge.

For rooms with a capacity of more than 2 persons, we will charge ¥3,000 per child.

Q47:Can I stay with my pet?

We do not allow pets (animals) to stay at the hotel.

 

Rental Equipment and Fixtures

Q48: Can I reserve takoyaki equipment, pots, pajamas, etc.?

Reservations will be given priority. Reservations made prior to check-in are accepted until 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. For last minute reservations, please call us. Basically, there is a charge for this service. There may be cases where the check-in is free of charge due to campaigns, etc., or when the check-in is already installed in the room for rent. For details, please check each plan on the reservation site. The rental period is from check-in to check-out. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail.

We do not provide wheelchairs. We have wheelchair-accessible spaces in the building, rooms, and corridors.

Q54:When are the busiest days?

Busy days are defined as dates such as "summer vacation period," "year-end and New Year's holidays," and "Golden Week. (e.g.) Year-end and New Year period: December 29, 2021 to January 3, 2022.

 

Q55: How will payment and services for the National Travel Support be handled?

Please check the official website and each travel website. Please note that the details of implementation may change without prior notice.

 

Q56: I forgot something. What should I do?

We will keep it for one week. If you send it by mail, we will send it to you by cash on delivery. For sanitary reasons, we will dispose of any perishable items immediately. Expensive items will be sent to the police (police box). Stored items will be disposed of after one week. We do not check inside the garbage cans. If you notice it immediately, please contact us and we will make arrangements for you to enter the room to witness the event.
