We ask for your cooperation in order to ensure the safety and security of our guests. We would like to ask you again for your cooperation.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the entire building. Smoking is not permitted in the hallways or stairways.
  • Pets are not allowed to enter the hotel (including those accompanied by pets and protected by gauges), and unattended care animals will be dealt with strictly.
  • No pets are allowed in the building (including pets in cages), and no unattended nursing animals will be treated strictly. The actual cost will be charged.
  • No shoes with dirt on them. Please change into the slippers provided.
  • No events or parties are allowed.
  • If the sheets are intentionally soiled (especially blood stains and cigarette burns), you will be billed for the cost.

【About smoking】

Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and electronic cigarettes is prohibited not only in each room, but also in the hallways and stairways. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, corridors, and staircases in accordance with the law enforced on April 1, 2020. Smoking in the restrooms is strictly prohibited as it may cause the fire extinguisher to malfunction. The balcony cannot be used as a smoking area, as it is closed except in case of emergency to prevent accidents. Please understand this. Smoking is also prohibited in the hallways and stairways. Security cameras are installed.

 

【Pets (animals) are not allowed in the building】

Pets (animals) are not allowed to enter the building or be brought into the building (including those accompanied by pets and protected by gauges). Unregistered animals, even nursing animals, will be dealt with strictly. Some accommodation websites state that unnotified entry is allowed as a policy, but the hotel will give priority to the feelings and sentiments of guests with animal allergies. However, we will not be able to maintain the minimum level of service in providing a comfortable space for our guests if we find out at a later date that a guest has not reported an allergy. We do not give priority to the disabled over those with allergies. We will treat everyone the same. However, we will strictly deal with those who do not report in. Also, the time it takes to clean up may delay the next person's service. Please be aware of these facts when deciding whether or not to allow care animals into the facility.

 

【Please keep the room tidy】

Please be sure to wash dishes after use.

Many guests leave dishes in the sink or soaked in the sink. Please do not leave dishes on the table.

Please separate garbage.

Please separate food scraps and general garbage from bottles and cans. Please also put away leftovers in the refrigerator.

Please keep your bedding neat and tidy.

Please fold the quilts as you would for a simple task. The bedding left on the floor after sleeping is so fresh that the staff may have trouble keeping an eye on it.

Tidy up the towels

Please put towels in the cleaning basket.

 

【Residual odors】

We prohibit the bringing in of any odor that would be repulsive to the general public. There are no restrictions on the use of the kitchen, cooking, or food preparation, but we have noticed that some guests do not use the ventilation fan or do not ventilate the room sufficiently. However, there have been many cases of guests not using the fan or not ventilating their rooms sufficiently, causing the rooms to be filled with a strong odor after use and making it impossible to offer rooms to the next guests. If a strong odor that is clearly different from that before the use of the room remains, regardless of whether it is intentional, negligent, or due to differences in food culture, we regret to inform you that you will be charged the fees specified below. If you are concerned about this, please consult with us in advance or purchase a strong deodorizer at a home improvement store and bring it with you. If necessary, we can lend you a window key. We will notify the competent authorities of any deleterious substances, pills, or powders that are in violation of any other laws and regulations as soon as we find them.

 

【Permitted parties】

Commercial purposes such as events, parties, photo shoots, and meetings for the purpose of meeting people are not allowed. However, if you consult with us in advance, we may grant permission within the scope of the circumstances. Please be sure to ask for permission after consulting with us. Even for personal use without commercial purposes, we may prohibit future use and order immediate evacuation if we find repeated use or behavior that deviates from common sense for personal use and causes a great deal of inconvenience to other users. Of course, we will not refund the usage fee. There have been cases in the past of misunderstandings about off-line meetings through social networking sites that involve overnight stays. We would like to deal with this matter in a positive manner, so please be sure to contact us in advance to discuss the situation. We will do our best to cooperate with you. Birthday parties, girls' parties, and launches among friends are all welcome. Please enjoy yourselves to the extent that you do not make a big fuss. If you would like to have a takoyaki party, please contact us in advance.

 

【If you would like to increase or decrease the number of people using the room, please contact us in advance】

If the number of people using the room is to increase, please notify us of the change in advance and obtain permission. In case of emergency, please call to obtain permission. If you increase the number of people entering the facility without permission, you will be asked to pay three times the regulated fee. The same fee will be charged for any increase in the number of guests during the use of the room. (We understand that you may have friends visiting or you may be hosting a home party with guests. We consider a guest to have stayed overnight if he/she stays after midnight or uses bedding (beds and sheets). We also keep a computerized record of all guests entering and leaving their rooms. We would like to inform you that any unreasonable long stays in or out of a room, such as until dawn, are recorded and will be subject to confirmation and billing as necessary. Many guests go to bed at night. We understand that there may be various circumstances such as late night arrival, return home, early morning departure, etc., but we sincerely hope that you will be considerate of other guests who are not visible to each other.

 

 

If any of the following are found, we will charge the guests as restoration fee or additional service fee.

① If smoking is found, 10,000JPY will be charged as a deodorization fee.

② If you are found smoking, we will charge you 10,000JPY for deodorization.

③ If the room is left with a strong odor that is clearly different from that before the use of the room as a result of cooking or cooking without sufficient ventilation, a special deodorization fee of 10,000JPY or more will be charged.

④ If you enter the room with your feet in the dirt or if shoe marks are found, we will charge you 10,000JPY as a floor cleaning fee.

⑤ In the event that room fixtures are taken out of the room or damaged, the actual loss will be charged at 10,000JPY or more.

⑥ If sheets are intentionally soiled (especially blood stains and cigarette burns), please buy them back as they cannot be reused. (Especially blood stains and cigarette burn marks are not reusable, so please buy them back. Pillow cases will be charged 550JPY, cushions and bed throws will be charged at actual cost (550-8,800JPY), bed pads will be charged 1980JPY, and the bed mat itself will be charged at least 19,800JPY.

⑦ If the number of guests exceeds the number of reservations, we will charge more than 10,000JPY or the stipulated rate.

⑧ Please keep the check-out time strictly. If you extend the check-out time without informing us or consulting us, you will be charged for the actual loss of 10,000JPY or more.

⑨ If you leave suitcases, oversized garbage, or noncombustible or hazardous garbage that cannot be disposed of as daily garbage, we will ask a contractor to dispose of it, and we will charge you a fee of 10,000JPY or more.
