ffosaka Accommodation Agreement
Article 1.
Accommodation contracts and related agreements entered into by this hotel with guests shall be in accordance with the provisions of these general terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these general terms and conditions shall be in accordance with laws and regulations or generally established customs.
❷In the event that this hotel (or its facilities) agrees to a special agreement that does not contravene laws, ordinances and custom, such special agreement shall prevail notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph. Article 1 (Application for accommodation contract)
Article 2.
A person wishing to apply for a contract of accommodation at this hotel shall provide the following information to this hotel
(1) Name of the person staying
(2) Date of stay (period of stay) and estimated time of arrival
(3) The room charge (in principle, based on the basic room charge in Appended Table 1)
(4) Other items deemed necessary by the hotel.
❷In addition to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest shall also agree to the following
(1) The contract cannot be cancelled within the contract period. (Even if there is a cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, etc. and the actual stay is less than the contract period date, another contract duplicated during the contract period is not allowed.)
(2) The person staying at the facility must be able to speak Japanese or the corresponding foreign language.
(3) Foreigners who do not have a domicile in Japan shall be required to present a passport, and Japanese and foreigners with a domicile in Japan shall be required to present an identification card such as a passport or driver's license.
(4) Strictly adhere to the precautions when using the facilities.
(5) The type of foreign language that can be handled shall be English.
❸In the event that a guest requests to continue his/her stay beyond the date of stay stipulated in Article 2, item 2 during his/her stay, this hotel (the building) shall treat such request as a new application for a contract of accommodation at the time such request is made. (Formation of Accommodation Contract, etc.)
Article 3.
A contract of accommodation shall be concluded when this hotel (yukan) accepts the application as described in the preceding article.However, this shall not apply when this hotel (kan) proves that it did not accept the application.
❷When an accommodation contract has been concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, an application fee determined by this hotel (yurakucho) shall be paid by the date designated by this hotel (yurakucho) within the limit of the basic accommodation charge for the period of stay (if exceeding 3 days, for 3 days).
❸In the event of cancellation, the deposit shall be applied first to the room charge ultimately payable by the guest, and in the event of cancellation, the deposit shall be applied in the order of penalty followed by compensation, and any remaining balance shall be returned upon payment.
❹ In the event that the application fee in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date designated by this hotel (kan) pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its validity. However, this shall apply only in the event that this hotel (yukan) has notified the guest to that effect when designating the date for payment of the application fee. (Special agreement that the payment of the deposit is not required)
❺A credit card or cash deposit (up to 20,000 yen) may be required as a deposit.
Article 4.
No animals are allowed to be brought into the hotel for any reason. This rule shall be placed at the top of the list.
Article 5.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the second clause of the preceding article, this hotel (the hotel) may accept a special agreement that the payment of the application fee as stipulated in the same clause is not required after the conclusion of the contract.
These General Accommodation Conditions of Use shall be deemed to have been agreed upon upon check-in at the accommodation facility (room).
